What do you do when you acquire over twenty stores and have a very short window to turn them over?

Completing this project in 24 hours would have been a monumental task, we had only ten hours to complete the Re-Branding of dozens of stores. 3. By completing a thorough analysis of the project, crews were fitted with all the correct materials and tools ahead of the start date.
4. Having the experience, with other Re-brands and preparing for all possibilities helped to keep this project on track.
5. Having crews that are professional and flexible allowed for last minute scheduling changes, due to weather, and did not affect the timeframe of the project.
